Please read the following guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract to ensure it meets the conference standards.
Abstracts must be submitted in PDF format only. Maximum file size is 5 MB. Ensure all text, figures, and tables are embedded in the PDF.
The abstract body should not exceed 250 words. The title should be concise and clearly reflect the content of the abstract.
Include: Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusion. All data presented must be original and unpublished.
Only registered delegates may submit abstracts. Have your registration number ready — you will need it during submission.
Authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection by the scientific committee via email within 4–6 weeks of submission.
Accepted abstracts may be selected for oral or poster presentation at the conference. Presenters must be registered delegates.
